Hollywood Actor Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are preparing to become parents. The couple announced they are expecting their first child while attending the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France, on Thursday, May 14.

Palvin, 32, appeared to reveal the pregnancy as she posed on the red carpet wearing a flowing light blue gown with cap sleeves and a feathered skirt. In several photos, the model gently placed her hand under her baby bump while standing beside Sprouse.

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody actor, 33, wore a classic tuxedo and kept one arm around his wife during the appearance.

Sprouse and Palvin first met at a party in 2017 and began dating in June 2018. Later that year, Palvin opened up about their relationship in an interview with Vogue Australia.

“I feel like I found the perfect guy,” she said at the time. “He’s very kind and gentle.”

The couple confirmed their engagement in June 2023 and married one month later in a ceremony held in Hungary.

Over the years, both have frequently spoken about their strong relationship and support for each other’s careers. During the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Sprouse shared a supportive message for Palvin ahead of the event.

“I love you, baby. Break a leg tonight,” he said, jokingly adding that she had actually “broken her foot” weeks earlier. “So, I wish you luck. I love you. I know you are going to kill it.”

Earlier this year, the couple also discussed how they maintain a healthy marriage while balancing busy schedules. Speaking to THNEWS in February 2025 during the launch of their Spring 2025 campaign and Dress to Express, Palvin explained that they prioritize spending time together.

“When I travel, he’s there with me, and we’re not away from each other,” she said.

The pregnancy marks a new chapter for the longtime couple as they prepare to welcome their first baby together.
