Matthew Perry Ketamine Case: A Los Angeles woman who illegally sold the ketamine that led to actor Matthew Perry’s death has been sentenced to 15 years in prison, the longest sentence so far in the case.

The woman, Jasveen Sangha, pleaded guilty last year to five federal charges related to Perry’s overdose. These included three counts of distributing ketamine, one count of distribution resulting in death or serious bodily injury, and one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises.
Sangha faced a maximum sentence of up to 65 years in prison under her plea agreement. However, prosecutors recommended a 15-year sentence, which the court ultimately imposed.
Her defense team had requested supervised release, taking into account time already served.

According to prosecutors, Sangha was known among customers as the “Ketamine Queen.” Court documents state that she learned of Perry’s interest in ketamine through an acquaintance connected to the actor’s personal assistant.
She reportedly offered to provide a sample, and the assistant later purchased 50 vials on Perry’s behalf.
