Natalie Dormer Donates Entire Salary: Known For Game of thrones Actress Natalie Dormer has announced that she will donate her entire salary from the upcoming ITV drama ‘The Lady’ to organizations supporting survivors of sexual abuse.
The decision follows renewed scrutiny of Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, after the release of a 2011 email in which she referred to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein as a “steadfast, generous and supreme friend.”
A spokesperson for Ferguson later claimed the message was written under pressure, stating that Epstein had threatened legal action against her at the time.

Speaking to The Telegraph, Dormer said she could no longer align herself with Ferguson’s actions.
“Since completing the project, new information has come to light that makes it impossible for me to reconcile my values with Sarah Ferguson’s behaviour, which I believe is inexcusable,” Dormer explained.
Natalie Dormer is not ready to promote series
Natalie Dormer confirmed she will not take part in promotional activities for the series. She also revealed that she has donated her earnings from the project to The National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) and the Centre of Expertise on Child Sexual Abuse.
What is The Lady?
The Lady tells the story of Jane Andrews, a former dresser to the Duchess of York, who was convicted in 2001 for the murder of her partner, Tom Crossman. The drama explores Andrews’s journey from a working-class upbringing in Grimsby to her role inside Buckingham Palace, and her eventual downfall following her dismissal from Ferguson’s service.
ITV has not issued an official statement regarding Dormer’s decision. The drama has completed filming and is slated for release later this year.
