“Something bad was going to happen, and the only way to stop it was to make everyone forget about me because I am not just Peter Parker, I’m Spider-Man,” he says.
As the voiceover plays, scenes show his close friend Ned, played by Jacob Batalon, and MJ, played by Zendaya, along with others, no longer remembering that he is Spider-Man.

The trailer also shows Parker dealing with the emotional consequences of his decision. Ned and MJ appear to be starting a new chapter of their lives at NIT, while Parker is shown coping with the loss of his Aunt May, portrayed by Marisa Tomei.
At the same time, he watches MJ begin to explore her own romantic life, highlighting the personal challenges he now faces alongside his role as Spider-Man.
