According to court documents, Patricia filed for divorce late last year, marking the close of a long chapter for the couple.

Patricia, 37, filed her divorce petition on Dec. 8, 2025, with the Grown Ups actor, 62, accepting the filing four days later. The former couple share two daughters, Miranda, 13, and Madeline, 8.

Court records indicate that both parties agreed to participate in a mandatory parenting course and signed a consent decree to keep the specific terms of their divorce private.
Rob Schneider and Patricia Azarcoya’s Last Public Appearance was in July 2025
Rob and Patricia were last seen together publicly in July, attending the New York premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 with their daughters. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the time, Rob said,
“My happy place is any place with my family.”

The couple first met in 2007, when Rob appeared on a show where Patricia worked as a producer. Over the years, they collaborated on several professional projects. The separation follows public comments made in August 2024 by Rob’s elder daughter, Elle King, whom he shares with ex-wife London King. During a podcast appearance, Elle said she no longer wanted to be associated with her father.
Rob later responded by asking for forgiveness during an interview, expressing regret over his “shortcomings” and wishing his daughter happiness.
